Planning a Presentation
The following information is to assist you in your decision to invite Bill to come to your event as a guest speaker.
To Schedule Bill Donaghy (Don-a-hee)
Visit the topics and themes section for the preferred topic of the presentation. Send an e-mail message to contact @ mission moment. org (remove spaces before e-mailing) and include your full name, organization name, mailing address, and telephone number. Include the topic you would like Bill to speak on at your event. You may also call 484.995.3486 and leave a detailed message.

Air Transportation
If air travel is needed, it is asked that all travel arrangements be made by the event planner.
Honorarium
A stipend of $500 is requested for a presentation. If the engagement is outside of the state of Pennsylvania, $700 is requested. (A standard presentation would include a talk with a question/answer or small group processing session. Bookings for Theology of the Body talks are billed from the Institute)

Event Promotion
The Event Sponsor is asked to send a copy of the promotional flyer to the Speaker once it is finalized. Promotional efforts could include a variety of outlets: newspapers, parish bulletins, pulpit announcements, and flyer distribution. (Please see our ''Promotional Pieces'' section for free downloads).
When an event is confirmed, the event coordinator will be sent a photograph of Bill, a biography and a written introduction to be used by the event emcee.
Taping
A speaking agreement for the Scheduled Event does not include the release of any type of recording, taping or distribution rights. If you wish to record Bill’s talks, please contact him to discuss taping arrangements. Limited distribution rights are generally available between Bill Donaghy and the scheduled event organizer, but these terms must be agreed upon in advance of the scheduled event starting date.
Finalizing the Details for Your Event
Once Bill has accepted the speaking engagement, various details must be coordinated. Please identify one specific contact person who will be available to work with Bill to finalize these details.
